There is no temperature change options

When I connected ufo2 with the app, there is no temperature adjustment bars( heating limit and cooling limit ) on the ufo2 setting page. I know it should be there, but mine app just failed to show it. I already deleted the foreo app, restart iPhone ( iOS and Foreo app is up to date) and redownload Foreo app but still no temperature bars!
