PDF file missing/deleted for no reason
I was reading while making notes on one of my files last night. Everything went as normal and the app functioned well. Yet today when I opened the app again, the file disappeared from my iPad. The tab on the app still showed the name of my file, but when I select the tab, it said the file had been removed or moved. I used the search function and confirmed that my file is gone. And I am very certain that I did not delete any file last night. As you can imagine it is really sad to lose all your notes and works. Would you please look into the possible causes of this case? And make some updates if available. Thank you.
New event just came up. I found the file not loading as it should so I closed it and reboot the app. And the file I was using literally less than 1 minute ago was deleted by the app AGAIN! This shouldn’t happen on any pdf reader/editor. What’s the point of using it when it always deletes your file for no reason?

Foxit team is so sorry for the bad user experience this new release brings to you and sorry for the late reply. Can you help to provide more detailed information for the user scenario, such as the place where the files beening stored, and what you have done to the file before it was deleted? Is it a file opened from another app? This will help us to reproduce the issue. Thank you so much!
Exemplary quality
I’m having this app on both of my Mac and ipad, and needless to say it works marvelously. There is only one minor problem which is that it always automatically reflows pdf files on the ipad. It would be nice if you show me how to turn off that function. In general, I can demand more from a free app. Thank you so much !!!
