As a Functional Medicine Clinics patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Functional Medicine Clinics provider. Communicate with Functional Medicine Clinics in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages. Includes Apple Health integration. Choose to share your weight, steps or other parameters with the Functional Medicine Clinics app.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Functional Medicine Clinics patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Functional Med Clinics patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Functional Medicine Clinics uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
