本來號碼換掉了，結果要換個號碼綁定，要一堆東西，請問一下換個電話號碼跟身分證有什麼關係啊？一定要拍照才能換，而且不就是因為換電話才要更改號碼嗎？那還寄去舊號碼幹啥？
