- Hospital and network doctor search*
- Virtual health card*
- E-claims submission to expedite claims processing**
- Claims history enquiry and pending claims tracking
- Claims usage to show the outpatient benefit you are entitled and you have used**
- Push notification of claim progress and service updates
- E-scheme to check your benefit schedule**
- E-download of claim forms and other useful documents
