Gila Timer is a countdown timer or stopwatch that allows the user to program their workout just as they have always wanted to.

This is an App both for your Smartphone AND your computer because it operates in The Cloud, so you can program your workouts either in your computer or your cell phone, and both sources synchronize automatically.

Gila Timer is ideal for HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), CrossFit workouts, Interval Training, Fartlek, and Pyramid System training sessions, etc.

Gila timer can be used to train in practically any sports, except water sports (for the time being).

It offers an additional web tool that will help you create and edit your workouts, so that you can design and structure your training sessions from your desktop or tablet and send them exclusively to your smartphone. You can program AS MANY WORKOUTS AS YOU WANT. For instance, one workout for Mondays, a different one for Tuesdays, 2 separate ones for Wednesdays (one for mornings and another one for nights), etc. Each WORKOUT can have as many PHASES as you want: Warmup, Work 1, Work 2, Work “X” and Cooldown, and you can have each Phase include all the sets you will perform. For instance:

Jogging in place-5 min.
Head & neck turns-2 min.
Rest-20 sec.
Shoulder rolls-1 min. 30 sec.
Jumping Jacks-25 sec.
Stretching-2 min.
Transition-15 sec.

You can add or eliminate the exercises you want, as well as increase or decrease the duration of the sets or the number of repetitions, so you can actually do whatever you please!

Besides, there is no need to be looking at your Smartphone to check what´s next, because the App’s voice will tell you.
