Go To Sleep helps improve sleep habits, and awareness of when you're likely to wake up the next day.

Add the Go To Sleep widget to your Home Screen to always see when you'll likely wake up the next day - according to your sleep goal, and quickly decide whether to call it a night.

Also;
- see your sleep goal
- ideal wake up time
- your recent sleep average (according to your Apple Health statistics)

Configure the app in three simple steps.
1. Set your daily Sleep Goal
2. Set your Wake Up Time
3. Add the Go To Sleep widget to your Home Screen

During the day, Go To Sleep will instead display an uplifting affirmation for some self-praise/encouragement, that can be customised to your liking.
