BAD SERVICE : extra payment required
The package even didn’t send out from their country, it shows turned back to them directly.
GOAT team ask me to pay shipment again to ship or refund me partially and didn’t give me any reason why my package is return. MY ADDRESS information is totally correct.
Don’t know that is their trick or what. Never seen this kind of bad service in my whole life. I’ve been shopping online for more than 12 years.
Poor customer service
Very bad and poor customer service. Mate me pay extra because they accidentally hit refund on my order so I ended up buying 2 of the same shoes. Customer service is extremely poor. This is the first time after more than 10 purchases that this problem has occurred. I would not use this app again for future pirchases
