I love this Grab service
Report a payment issue but didn’t get help at all.
I placed a order of self pick up and cancel it in five seconds but still got charged. Report it to ask the money back but didn’t get help at all. It’s not the first time of happening.
Change the payment way ?
I don’t have any concern if your app wanna charge the fee first but plz training your driver as well . ( departure lately , not move ...etc )
Or I will feel your app just stole the money from passenger!!!!!
