建議在訓練模式可以有一鍵切換磅數/公斤的按鈕,因為重訓器材許多的種類計量方式不同,才不用每次都要離開主頁,到設定調整,謝謝!

想了解如果一週訓練3-4次,當天去健身房一次就要消化掉3個部位? 還是有建議的訓練天數與幾項部位呢
