When you are on a circuit, it is incredibly important to measure the transient surface temperature of your race car tyres and brakes. By measuring the transient surface temperature, you can see how well your race tyres are working under pressure, monitor heat cycles, analyse your camber tyre contact patch, and much more. With this insight, you and your development team can conduct test cases for chassis tuning and explore tyre and brake compounds for your race application setup to be as efficient as possible.
