When you spent more than $4000 USD to buy something that suppose to be high tech invention, I’m sure people are expecting them to work well, but no, Healy team doesn’t seem to put in to much effort to make their product works well with their app, it’s always disconnecting when you think it should be working, I also paid extra $225 USD to purchase the coil, the whole point of buying the coil is because I want to be able to move free while I’m using Healy, and yes you could, at the same time you need to check on your phone all the time to see if the app is still running, and most of the time it isn’t, very disappointing, I thought the new app would correct that problem, but sadly, the problem still remains, I think Healy team should really work with some “high tech” professionals to solve it, it’s creating more stress when we bought it to reduce the stress.

Bluetooth low energy only has a maximum range of 10 metres. However, Healy chose this to reduce power consumption and radiation.
Please install the newest version of the app. The Healy App is programmed in such a way that if you move away from the Bluetooth range of your smartphone with the Healy, the selected program on your Healy will still continue to run until the end and the frequencies will be transferred to you. You can see this by the flashing green LED on the Healy.
