Amazing customer service!

My favourite photography app. Love many of the filters and manual editing functions!

Recently had an issue with in-app purchase, customer service responded my email promptly and provided the best customer service!!! 5 STARS!

使用這款APP很久了，一直都很喜歡各式濾鏡的色調。可以自由混搭，也有許多手動微調功能！隨手拍都漂亮！

Only Supporting Classic

I don't like X no matter how I use it. Firstly, I don't need social features. Secondly, the stability hasn't improved over the years, especially with the latest v10. Thirdly, I absolutely cannot accept subscriptions.

For customers like me, I suggest updating the app regularly, at least every six months, to fix the issues. This is important. If you present an attitude of not caring about Classic, then I won't even have the desire to purchase film presets. Or is it that you would rather give up on us Classic users and focus on promoting the new film presets?

I know you have abandoned the development of many apps in the past because it tarnishes your reputation. If you want to give up on Classic, you can remove it from the store now and let us give up hope. Then you can wholeheartedly focus on developing X.

Although I love Classic, I can only give it three stars because it hasn't been updated for so long. I still hope there's a chance for an update with iOS 17, and I hope you hear our voices and commit to updating it at least every six months. That will give me more motivation to purchase new film presets. Thank you.
