重新刷新頁面要注意
一直以來都滿愛用的，直到最近用電腦版設定篩選想要的住宿條件時，重新刷新的時候所有的條件都存在，但是原先設定的總價變成每晚單價，加上找了很久頭昏眼花就訂了貴五倍的飯店，而且該飯店不給退款。衷心希望貴公司能改善這個問題，使以後的消費者不會碰到一樣的困擾，短時間不會考慮再使用貴公司網站訂房。

下單後被飯店在未告知的情況下直接取消
聯絡客服，只給我飯店的電話叫我自己詢問飯店，所以這個服務真的是完全轉介，訂房之後會不會被取消都是看運氣呢！飯店業者也是想取消就取消！感謝貴服務讓我感受到臺灣業者經營的獨到之處，不過往後是不敢領教了！
