Finally it becam better to use

Without the annoying login request all the time while useing the printer, HP smart finally became better to use.

Usual HP garbage software

It is impossible to use this software to change the network on an OfficeJet, where you are FORCED to connect to the printer via USB first. The mac can see the printer on the USB, but the "SMART" software cannot. Upgraded it, put the printer on a USB 2 - nothing works - it scans forever and never finds it. All I can do is try Windows.

Never buy HP printers. I inherited this and it is garbage hardware and a garbage GBs of software that mostly tracks your info and tries to sell you things.

Need to sign in every time, it's very annoying

You shouldn't need internet to use your local printer. I just want to scan but I need to sign in first. It's an extra unnecessary step. If I just need to sign-in once, it would have been fine, but every time I open the app after a few days of not using, I need to sign-in again.
