Very poor log on experience

I would suggest the team to at least take a look at your partner’s work (HSBC Global Service UK). The mobile app experience is much more improved, with things like bio-log on, security key generator within the app, etc. Apparently most other nation’s HSBC mobile app is built by the UK team, I wonder why... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Seriously...? Even Malta has its dedicated HSBC app now... Mind spending a fraction of your time taking care of the TW users?
