Claiming the lifetime access to premium feature never works, after showing the account has been successfully created, it just keeps loading. Closing the loading page will result in failing to claim the premium membership.

Trying to delete account in order to re-create one, app says “you have to wait for 7 days before the account is completely deleted.”

I knew similar promotion was done for Sketch Pro a while ago.

The lifetime premium membership had some issue too.

I didn’t even know whether I should email you about this. Is it just a click bait or a real promo?

If you want to kind give, do it though iAP, not something like “create a free account for xxx feature except for xxx features”

A app since 2013? Seriously?

Frustrating

Have made payment for monthly plan.
But it crashes once opening it.
Cannot use at all.
Have deleted it and re-installed, but still crashes.
Please solve this problem.
