跟iH智慧遙控器配對了20次以上都失敗，WiFi密碼是正確的、手機也連上當初設定的網域下、產品也（終於找到開關）處於配對模式下….卻怎麼樣都配對不起來。上班時間打客服也未接通，整個體驗感差。
