  • I had deleted this app ASAP after downloading, but it still billed!!!

    After downloading the App, I found it will charge without my permission , I deleted this App ASAP.But it is a trap. It charged me NT$300 at November 30. Deleting this App doesn’t count?!?!?!?!?!?!It seems I downloaded the App at Nov 23th. But I swear I deleted it right away.

    Greetings, If you are being charged for the app it is because you are enrolled in a subscription to iTranslate PRO. IT is impossible to start a subscription without authorizing. Subscriptions auto renew, if you did not end your trial apple would have renewed you for a subscription to iTranslate PRO. Deleting an app does not update your Apple subscriptions. You agreed to the trial terms when starting a trial via the app store. You can cancel this via the subscription settings on your device. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store> Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen> Tap View Apple ID. You can also use the "Manage Subscriptions link in the app settings menu.
