Trouble watching the videos

I cant watch the videos
It keeps saying that maximum concurrent device detected etc..can you help me with tht

NOT LOADING.

First it is really hard to log in into the account. Second, I used my other phone to watch but the app did not open. Can someone fix it? I need to watch THE KILLER BRIDE so bad.
