Trouble watching the videos

I cant watch the videos
It keeps saying that maximum concurrent device detected etc..can you help me with tht

Can’t watch for whole month(subscription on)

Useless payments on your app it keeps me directing on trailers as if I’m not on subscription… Taiwan’s internet has no problem.
