蠻好用的！！

該有的都有蠻讚的，唯一可惜的可能就是沒有靜音模式可以做選擇，那個人聲好吵不喜歡。

Useless app for okay-ish earbuds

This glam-looking piece of bloatware is slow (it can take up to 20 seconds to connect to an active device), offers only marginally interesting additional features and no real advantages for users.

Built by engineers with no concept of user wants and needs (we do what we must, because we can) and (probably) approved by a marketing department eager to build brand equity and squeeze some additional user data out of you.

TLDR: nice looking, but time-wasting app for earbuds. Who needs it?

Microphone not working and no support

Just wasted two hours scouring the web for a solution to why my Jabra Elite 4 microphone isn’t working properly (it’s extremely quiet now, worked before). Tested manually a bunch of ways and found out it’s likely the right earbud just stopped picking up the microphone. Left still does but doesn’t help unless placed directly in front of my mouth. No mention of this in their manual, app, or any public support documents. Their Reddit replies are infuriatingly unhelpful. Go with a better product like Soundcore for budget needs.
