The Jabra Sound+ app is the perfect companion for your Jabra headphones – adding extra features and enabling you to personalize the way you use your Jabra headphones. Jabra Sound+ currently supports;

Today we use our headphones more than ever, and in very different environments – at work, on the train, working out, walking, driving, and more. To perform optimally, your headset may need different settings activated for each of these situations. 
For this purpose, we created “Moments” – predefined configurations to suit different moments of your day. All the Moments are customizable to cover your unique preferences, and with future updates.

Choose your favorite voice assistant – Siri or Amazon Alexa*
With a single touch instantly access your phone’s voice assistant, directly from your headphones. 

Personalize your music
Customize your sound with the music equalizer. Choose a predefined setting or fine-tune your audio using the 5-band equalizer.

SmartSound - automatically adapts your headset to your surroundings
SmartSound analyzes your sound environment and automatically applies your personalized audio using Moments in Sound+. **

ANC for blocking ambient noise
With ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) you can reduce the amount of disruptive noise you hear from your surroundings. **
 
Hear the world around you 
Adjust how much of the outside world you’d like to hear when using your headphones. **
 
Superior call experience 
Modify your call settings to suit your preferences.
 
Battery status
Track your headphone’s battery status with a simple, visual indicator in the app.
 
Wireless updates
Always keep your headphones updated with the wireless update feature
 
Activity tracking
Track your activity progress (only available for the Jabra Elite Active 65t).
Jabra Sound+ uses HealthKit to export your activity data to the Health app (Elite Active 65t only).
 
2-year warranty
Register your headphones using the Jabra Sound+ app to activate your 2-year warranty against damage from water and dust. ***

Useless app for okay-ish earbuds

This glam-looking piece of bloatware is slow (it can take up to 20 seconds to connect to an active device), offers only marginally interesting additional features and no real advantages for users.

Built by engineers with no concept of user wants and needs (we do what we must, because we can) and (probably) approved by a marketing department eager to build brand equity and squeeze some additional user data out of you.

TLDR: nice looking, but time-wasting app for earbuds. Who needs it?

無法連線 sound+ 且維修要一個月以上。

今天剛拿到elite 85h, 按照指示更新完FW與語音成功後,就再也無法與app連線!耳機等於廢了一半!一直顯示無預期的錯誤無法下載耳機資料。刪除app. 刪除耳機重新連線,重開耳機N遍也沒用!重點是 報修後說目前維修案件眾多,要20=25個工作天才會好!新買的產品有問題換新要一個月才能拿到?請問我的款項你們也可以一個月之後再收嗎?

I just receive whole new elite85h. Follow the app instruction to upgrade firmware, then it can’t be connect with app anymore. Alway show unexpected error! Uninstall app, disconnect BT, turn off then turn on many times. It doesn’t work. The most important thing is that The service center informs me the exchange process needs 20-25 working day because there are too many failure case now. What happens? I have to wait 5 weeks to get back my unit. Could Jaba also take my money one month later?
