From the moment a user requests a pickup to the point the package is delivered, Jinjah informs both the sender and the receiver of the status of the package every step of the way.

The Fastserve App mobile app for users allows users to interact with admins. This can be in the form of complaints, requests, criticism, opinions, or plain feedback.
