With justwods you can create workouts and log your results for all kinds of workouts: for time, AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata, etc

You can also track your personal records for all kinds of movements (both athletic and strength) and see how you progress over time.

You can even create your own gym and ask athletes to join your gym. You can create public workouts for everyone in the gym to compete in. Compare your results and see if you are the winner!

You are now able to set round/lap times while live tracking your workout and you can enter your RPE-score for each workout to keep track of the effort you have put into the workout.
