K-Desk" is iOS based Customer Mobile Application exclusively designed and developed for our customers. It has many features like Product Catalogue, Service Call Creation, Profile management, Feedback submission, Machine Ad Listing, Parts ordering, Events & Machine Service History etc. It enables the customer to register Real Time Service calls & track its progress. The customer can submit genuine feedback after call completion. Apart from these features Customer can access our Product Range and download brochures and access the links our digital platforms i.e. Facebook, YouTube, official Website etc
