The KBC Sign for Business app enables business and corporate customers to log in securely and to validate and sign transactions and documents in the KBC Business Dashboard.

The KBC Sign for Business app keeps your KBC Business Dashboard secure, letting you use your phone to easily and securely log in and to validate and sign transactions and documents. It's not an e-banking app, but a security app.

How does it work?
To log in to the e-banking application on your PC (or Mac), navigate to the application's login page and select ‘KBC Sign’ as your login method. After entering your ID code, a unique QR code appears on your computer screen. When you read this QR code with the KBC Sign for Business app and enter your five-character code on your phone, you can access the KBC Business Dashboard on your PC (or Mac). Simple, straightforward and secure. The same process applies for validating and signing online transactions and documents.

Requirements
You don't need any additional hardware or software for your PC (or Mac). All you need is the KBC Sign for Business app on your phone and an Internet connection.

For business owners: you can request the codes for activating KBC Sign for Business from your KBC Bank branch or the administrator of your KBC-Online for Business subscription.
