很爛的訂票系統與客服服務
明明收到未付款簡訊，但點連結進去一直要我登入，但登入後又沒看到未付款票券⋯然後假日開賣歌神票，訂票問題卻沒人能即時處理，還要等到禮拜一上班才能回應，到那時候票早就被系統取消了，是把我們當傻子耍2次嗎⋯😠
是否能加入票券資訊檢查機制
購票實名制的用意良好，但是否能加入資訊的檢查機制。
以我的例子來說，我將票券一與票券二的名字誤植誤植為相同的（但其餘資訊皆不同），如果今日是要防止黃牛，那應該能設計資訊的檢查機制吧？讓票券資料不能相同，這樣不就能減少非常大量的誤輸入及錯誤發生嗎？
Worst app ever
I tried to pick up my e-tickets through this app. It keeps telling me to confirm my email. But I can’t do it at all. I tried to resend the confirmation letters again ,again and again all afternoon. I got two finally but it still didn’t work because they are not the latest confirmation letters. I still can’t reclaim my tickets upon the performance day.
