Good concept , interesting app
It’s absolutely an interesting app, it not just a game, but combine Big Data technology. What it makes interesting is, you can observe the business if they are having enough costumers, sometimes you might think some of the business are running well by ur observing, however from this game, you will know the Reality.
Strategies, saving, marketing are the basic skills for playing this game.
However, it still can be improved, for example:
1.during the auction, you only can see a.name of the business b.fixed map c. Prince
But if they could provide more information, then can really help for decided the investment or not, for instance:
a.can check which city, or which district. instead of the user need to input the street name on google map to check
b.only an small icon showing the growth or decrease is not detailed enough
c.set up the notification option when someone has a higher bid than u.
There’s more to improved, but I will say it already good enough, like the concept
讓人出門在外忍不住打開遊戲
買賣生活周遭的地產讓玩家有很好的真實感，每到新的區域會一直打開遊戲來看，長期來說建議需要加入更多的互動功能（例如股票市場、或是真實利多利空消息對地產市場變化）才不會顯得單調。
比較可惜的是地圖上有太多重複的地點，而且有些地方明明很多人潮但是每天利潤卻是負的⋯總之是個很創新的遊戲但是需要更多的互動！
這一種遊戲不常見
一開始看到這一個遊戲是被他可以買地，而一開始以為是可以隨便買的，但是後來發現是要去到那一個地方才可以買，而有一點就是他的新手教學是英文的，希望可以改成繁體中文的，而我覺得這一個遊戲還有很多可以摸索的，可是有一點就是很多已經退遊的玩家但是他們的地產都還在這樣就一直佔著，其他人就無法購買這一點也是需要改善的！
