Flight booking

I found it super convenient to book a flight on Lazada. I tried it after my friend recommended it to me. After comparing to other travel platform, I found it user friendly and has discounted coupon on to of the normal price. That makes it the cheapest among all the platforms I checked. Love it!

Stupid app

This is my first time use Lazada app, and it is super stupid. For smaller device, in my case is iPhone 7, after I place the bet I cannot pay because the button is beyond the reach of the screen size. Finally I use my IPad so I paid successfully.

I think you need to add an scrollView on the pages if you know what ScrollView is. it is necessary for almost all the pages because you never know the actual display on different devices. But still, even iPhone 7 cannot work marvel me. I think either the QA doesn’t do the job well, or the developer’s level is quite low.

It cost me 20 minutes to find the way to pay. You really need to improve it because if the customers have no knowledge about mobile devices, he may never know the way to pay.

Love it

It’s really hard to find everything in one place in Indonesia. Especially Bali. I’m so glad I found this app that it allows me to shop with local price and in a very convenient way. If there’s more availability for fashion wear, I can see it become a SHIEN in Indonesia (imports are expensive, local manufacturers could be better trend in Indonesia)
