Using Led Picture Frame you can design various images, icons and pictograms for use with Led Matrices.
The app is a companion app for Led Matrix Frames, that are available as cheap DIY projects or from Etsy
Tap the "frame" icon in the upper right corner to discover your frames and the canvas should adapt to the frame matrix's resolution - or set it manual in the app settings.
The app currently support canvas resolutions at 8x8, 16x16, 32x32 and 64x64.

Added an option to "Prefer TCP" in order to support the frame's ability to remember the last uploaded image. Switch this to "on" in the settings before sending pictures to the frame and the frame will remember the last displayed image.
