希望能夠有增加「收回群發訊息功能」
在發群發訊息後發現有錯誤能夠收回改正，
傳送圖文訊息的測試因為有「測試訊息」字樣跳出，而會忘記圖文訊息標題會顯示出來產生無法改變的錯誤，因此希望有收回功能或是希望有可以再度編輯功能
希望能改善群發方式
系統不錯，但唯獨群發方式不是那麼友善，分類的客戶群多，不能單使用手機操作群發訊息，手機只能用全部的群發，但想分門別類發單部分，一定要使用電腦操作很麻煩，而且還花錢購買訊息量了，變成有時候太忙還需要抽出時間使用電腦，很不方便，如果能變成手機也能使用的功能，會讓很多人便利性更高
莫名被登出
使用官方帳號管理班群，與家長互動，昨天突然被要求重新登入，不知是否帳號記錯，但是也毫無頭緒該如何找到當初登記的電子郵件，導致無法回覆家長訊息
