Keep your home wifi in right order !

Great combination with Apple products and also suit for other brand devices. High recommended. Hope a potable wifi hub can be introduced to IoT infrastructure.

No HomeKit support and bad connection

I should really go with the other mesh WiFi brands at first place rather then linksys. Total Regret

Update again: Mesh connection is supposed to be stable but just not linksys’. Please do have option as manual selection of each one if the auto not working smart enough.

Update: Linksys should really work on their mesh connection. Sometimes when I saw its topology and how one connect to the others, it just doesn’t make sense, making the connection really bad. It connects to the weaker one first and ignore the stronger one, and keep reconnecting, then no network suddenly.

It’s just not smart enough. I’ve been told that linksys velop mesh has HomeKit support, so I got one and I went with the highest model MX5300, thinking it’s the best. But it turns out it has no HomeKit support. What a disappointment. The information on linksys website is really unclear for which model support HomeKit, I have to dig really deep to find the answer, and there’s no email contact for customer service. I should have spent less and go with mx4200. Waste of money.
