レーベントラスト オーナーアプリは、オーナー様とレーベントラストとのコミュニケーションを円滑に行えるスマートフォン用アプリです。
収支報告、管理業務の報告、修繕の相談をよりスムーズに正確に受け取ることができるようになり、当社とやり取りしたメッセージ、書類、写真など煩雑になりがちな情報全てをオーナー様に変わってアプリが管理いたします。

書類、写真、動画の送受信ができるので、レーベントラストとの連絡を一元化し円滑なコミュニケーションを実現します。
■収支報告
アプリ上で収支をご報告いたします。
書類やメールを遡ることなく収支を確認できます。
所有されている部屋ごとの表示切替もワンクリック。
収支の動向をいつでもどこでもアプリ上で閲覧できます。
■ワークフロー
レーベントラストから届く確認依頼をメッセージで受け取り、アプリ上で簡単に承認・否決の返答が可能になります。
情報伝達が簡単になることで管理会社からの共有漏れを防ぎ、書類の確認や承認作業をどこにいてもあっという間に完了できます。
■書類保管
各種明細書、見積書などの書類はレーベントラストからのメッセージに添付されて届きます。
さらに物件ごと、書類の種別ごとに自動でフォルダ分けされて保存されるので、いつでも簡単に書類の見直しができます。
■物件情報
物件ごとの契約内容、部屋情報などをアプリ内ですぐに確認できます。
物件に紐づく情報へ簡単にアクセスできるので、保有物件が増えても書類やファイル管理に悩まされることがなくなります。
