Tips n°1: it’s important to build a simple habit around sleeping. A good sleep begins with everything you do before it. So try to define a process and most importantly, stick to it.

Tips n°2: from the sixth month of pregnancy, when baby can hear the outer world, it could be nice to let her/him listen to soothing music. After birth, this same music could have a calming effect, reminding her/him of the time in the womb.
