Treating customers as fool
The purchase process is unclear, with the amount displayed before checkout differing from the amount on the bill. Additional unwanted items are added, resulting in overcharges. When contacting customer service, they lack the authority to provide any refunds or cancellations, essentially treating the consumer as a fool and engaging in deception.

Consumption patterns are unclear
They will not tell you that your subscription will automatically renew, but when responding via email, they will only tell you that it does not comply with the refund regulations.
Be careful not to be deceived when you want to buy and use it.

Automatically subscribe and hard to cancel.
You won’t want to use this bad designed app. When you want to redound, the policy is unclear and time consuming. try other apps instead of this one. Probably the worst and vicious app ever use.
