Treating customers as fool

The purchase process is unclear, with the amount displayed before checkout differing from the amount on the bill. Additional unwanted items are added, resulting in overcharges. When contacting customer service, they lack the authority to provide any refunds or cancellations, essentially treating the consumer as a fool and engaging in deception.
