Please someone help me to delete the unavailable app in IOS, Thank you

I can’t delete this app, just because of I played the questionnaire via instagram Add’s link. After that I found I downloaded the app,it’s requested me to paid for the courses. Today, it’s still automatically use my apple pay and USD$29.9?! I definitely sure it’s not me, I am doing manicure now. I just want to delete any contact information or rental fee with this app. I never use it and can’t find the way to delete or unfollow by their automatically fee for use this app. and I just use it one time instagram. Could some inference can help me do this secret website? Thank you. I have a snapshot of this payment and just called my bank, they said it automatically paid by your card, and the first payment is for $19? How it paid 29.9 just on GMT 16:00 ?!!
