Manifesto is a quiet place to hear yourself think.
At its heart is a hall of cards drawn from the myths of five worlds: Greek, Norse, Egyptian, Chinese, Mesopotamian. Each card carries an archetype, one of the deep, recurring patterns of human character that Carl Jung spent his life mapping: the ruler, the trickster, the sage, the wanderer.
Take a card and say what you see in it, in your own words. There are no right answers. What you notice, and what you pass over, says something about you, and Manifesto listens. When you rest, it writes you a story: yours alone, built from your own words, and read aloud by a narrator if you wish.
No scores. No types you get sorted into. No predictions. A mirror, not a test.
HOW A WALK GOES
- Take a card from the hall and answer a few unhurried questions
- Speak if you prefer: your voice is turned to text and the recording is never kept
- Rest when you are ready, and your story is written from what you said
- Your stories wait for you at home, to reread or hear again
Manifesto is a journal you speak to, and a storyteller that answers: part guided reflection, part myth, entirely yours.
WHY ARCHETYPES
Jung believed the old myths endure because they are made of us: the same figures return in every culture's stories because they live in everyone. Manifesto uses those figures the way he did, as a language for noticing yourself: your patterns, your personality, even the parts he called the shadow. The card is not the point. What you say about it is.
