Dishonest exchange and no respect for new customers
Maicoin/MAX have a reputation for deleting new accounts without warning. I spent 2 hours completing their KYC, only to have my account deleted without warning - even though my country is in their list of accepted countries. I would suggest using a more reputable exchange such as FTX, Binance, or Kraken (or if you need a local one - try BitoPro), as all of these work fine.
