Bug?

Is there a bug? I can login with the face， it crash every time and can’t open again. I already re-install for many times.

Reach out to our helpdesk: https://support.MetaMask.io and click the blue "Start a Conversation"button. The bot will ask a few questions then get you connected.

Money lost without actual help

Poor security app, unauthorized transactions can be made without 2 steps validations.

I only entered 4 days and found all my token disappeared. Checked with support found there was unauthorized transaction by midnight. First time I was able to chat with actual support, yet tech center wrote back asked a list of questions and indicated they need further investigation but my fund is not able to be restored??! (Conclusion made without investigation??) I still reply all the answers yet never any reply afterwards.

I continued to chat with support but only able to chat with bot. Again a mail was sent to me while this time indicated they will further investigate and is willing to help me to restore my fund thought 3rd party if I wish. I repeat to reply all questions again and asked for restoration of my fund … HOWEVER … NO FURTHER REPLY AGAIN!!!

With such experience, will NOT recommend the app at all!

We try to prevent scammers from harming our users, but we cant prevent everything users may do with their wallet.

The nature of blockchains transactions makes them irreversible. The third party is a partner called Asset Reality that specializes in assisting victims of theft build a case with law enforcement for legal proceedings. Their response may take a bit longer, as their investigation is far wider in scope than our internal security team. If you have a ticket number I can verify there is someone assigned to the case.

My ETH flash then disappeared!

MT ETH in etheream main network just show the number just 0.001 second, then, disappeared! But it show again when i switch the chain from BNB smart chain to etheream main network again. However, it showed just 0.001 second ,it’s too fast to do anything for keeping it! How could I do? someone said it can be fix when this app upgrade, it’s that true? and when will u upgrade? i just want my ETH back!
