Miindset is your personal wellbeing companion and utilises a cutting edge AI to help you improve your wellbeing. Your wellbeing homepage will feed you with daily changing articles, videos and podcasts tailored to how you are feeling in that moment.

Packed with additional tools like a daily positive habit tracker, breathing exercises, getting grounded, a journalling tool and much more.

Miindset learns more about you and what you need the more you use it thanks to the AI engine and our clinical psychology research.

Don’t worry Miindset is also completely anonymous and nothing can get onto our platform without being checked and approved by a mental health trained member of the team. We hope you enjoy your new app as much as we have enjoyed building it and we look forward to building a happier and healthier mindset together.
