簡介

Mindfulness to go is the ideal support for practicing mindfulness in the midst of life.

The app offers meditations and mindfulness exercises which take very little time. All exercises are based on established and tried-and-tested techniques from mindfulness practice and psychology.

You learn how to better assess your own stress, and get targeted suggestions for exercises suited to your current stress level. For particularly stressful situations, you will find a selection of high stress skills.

Suggestions for reflection support you in systematically thinking through some basic questions.

Generally, the app can help you find more balance in a stressful life, reduce stress sustainably, and thereby prevent burnout.

If you’d like, you can receive a mindful inspiration at the start of the day.

All aspects of the app are supported by concise and easy to read background knowledge articles.
