This release introduces a new feature: Auto On-Site, a feature designed to simplify on-site status updates. Using location services, the app compares your location to the customer's site address. Upon arrival, a push notification reminds you to update your ticket status to "On-Site." Enable the "Auto On-Site" setting to have your ticket status automatically updated upon arrival.
