Refund is impossible if your esim doesn’t work

Warning! They refused to provide refund no matter what happened after purchase. Unlike what they claim on their refund policy. I have dozens of email communication with their customer service for 4 days but still can’t get the esim work. And they refuse to provide any sort of refund or cancellations.

Their customer service will just keep telling you the same thing over and over again and ask you to provide the same screenshots repeatedly. And once you provide everything they need, they will tell you you are out of the area, please return to the area and try everything again.

Not working

Esim connectivity issues are making it difficult to connect to the internet. Refunds seem unavailable even if the installation doesn't work, which has happened multiple times.
