The MotivaImagine® App provides customers with safety and peace of mind through a private and secured global patient implant registry that validates device quality over time, as well as important information about warranties and technology. The registry furnishes patients with:
Private and secure multiplatform access to implant information regardless of location.
Direct access to MotivaImagine® Customer Service.
The ability for direct communication in the unlikely case of a product issue.
For customers with Motiva implants including Q Inside Safety Technology, the ability to have implant data immediately verified by any surgeon with a Motiva Q Reader.

Review and manage your implant information with the MotivaImagine® App.
Patients around the world can build their Motiva® profile by registering, managing their implant information and then completing the process by extending their warranties for years of confidence and peace of mind. Through this process, women can easily verify and authenticate their Motiva Implants® at the click of just a few buttons.
Motiva® surgeons can also download and sign up to keep track of their registered patient information, or directly search for implants through Serial Number or Electronic Serial Number.
