My Bupa Latin America gives you access to manage all the benefits and features that Bupa Global Latin America offers you as a client from your mobile device. It also gives you access to all Blua's digital services.

From the My Bupa App, both Bupa agents and clients will be able to:

Update the overall user experience
New dashboard with access to key indicators
Simplified view of all processes from: My Policy
Access to policy change history
Access to interactions in policy changes
Reimbursement process with a reduced process to 4 steps
Ability to save an unfinished reimbursement (Draft)
Ability to copy a completed reimbursement (Copy Reimbursement)
Viewing of uploaded documents in all processes
Access to deductible usage
Portfolio change
Access to the world’s largest health provider network.

Additionally, through the App, you can enjoy all of Blua's Digital Services, which include:

Video Consultations that will allow you to access a specialist in 30 seconds or less from the moment you request it.
24/7 Medical Consultations
Prescriptions (in more than 12 countries)
From anywhere in the world
Access to Nutrition and Healthy Mind programs
Health and vital signs monitoring services
Among others...

In the App we request the following permissions:

Location: For Blua services
Camera: To conduct video consultations
Microphone: To conduct video consultations
Your daily activity will be automatically incorporated from the following applications: Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Polar, Strava
Other required data to enable proper use of the App.
Blua services (Healthy Mind, Video Consultation, Connected Health, Health Programs and Vital Signs Measurement) will not be available to users in the USA territory.

This service is intended to enhance your understanding of general wellness and does not diagnose, treat, mitigate, or prevent any disease, symptom, disorder, or abnormal physical condition. A new interface for My Bupa (Easier and more intuitive navigation).
The process of requesting reimbursements has been optimized, reduced to four steps. It is also possible to create a draft reimbursement request or make duplicates, making the process more agile.
Bupa Agents can also access the application using their agent/agency credentials.
