希望可即時修改非配戴時間
取下牙套時會按下開始按鈕來紀錄「非配戴時間計時」，但有時候牙套裝回會忘記按下暫停，時間就會一直計算，也不能即時修改，只能等到當日結束才能修改配戴時間，希望可以新增修改此部分的功能！
佩戴時間無法手動調整
時間日誌的佩戴時間記錄雖然有變更的功能，但手動變更都無法儲存新的記錄，希望這部分可以盡快修正bug，謝謝！
Bad performance
