Simple Control
Use the App to scan your lights’ pairing code and get set up in seconds, then enjoy your smart light-switch. Remotely turn your lights on and off, adjust brightness (trust us they go BRIGHT), and select your color Scenes from anywhere within your home. Group your lights together for joint control with Group Scenes (because we love a team player), or segment by room to keep your lights as organized as you wish your life could be.
Complete Customization
Create custom dynamic Scenes by selecting palettes and colors with the intuitive color wheel, adjusting ratios, and choosing animated motions. Try vibrant RGB hues to set a total vibe, or put the “fun” in functional lighting with the whole range of white color temperatures.
Advanced Automations
Set Schedules to automate your daily lighting needs, from gentle morning light-alarms, to gradually dimming nightly reminders that Holy **** it’s 2AM again, you need to wake up in 4 hours, PLEASE go to sleep.
Now You’re Talking
Connect your lights with your smart home assistant (HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, or Samsung SmartThings) and use voice commands to control them hands-free. Just say “Hey Siri, turn on my “TGIF” Scene” and instantly enter full relaxation-mode at the end of a long week. The best part of all, you don’t even have to say “Please”... but it’d still be nice if you did though :)

Explore the App’s “Discover” tab for a huge collection of incredible Scenes created by users like you. Well, like you, just more creative. Unreliable products and horrible customer service
The essential strips don’t respond half the time and constantly need to be reset. If you’re lucky they might work for a few days at most before once again becoming unresponsive. This issue has only gotten worse with the new HomeKit updates. Similar issues with canvas, but less frequently. The adhesive provided for the mini-triangles stays put for a couple days, then the pieces begin falling off the wall. Customer Service was absolutely the worst when I reached out about an order. Making up all kinds of excuses and then even saying they needed a tax number to send (Taiwan doesn’t issue tax numbers for consumer imports.) I actually ended up receiving the order, but customer service was somehow clueless and still kept telling me they needed some nonexistent tax number or they’d cancel the order. Absolutely bizarre. (I’d had other orders come in from their division in Hong Kong prior to this normally and with no issues.) It seemed politically motivated (China does issue tax numbers for consumer imports, but of course Taiwan is a completely separate country from China.) If you are going to buy their products, which at this point I’d strongly discourage, buy from their authorized reseller here in Taiwan so you don’t have to deal with their customer service or their Hong Kong division.
Worst Update Ever
Ok so I’ve been struggling with this FOR YEARS. To be honest I’ll never understand why would someone tried to make the app worse. The precious version was good and fonts were right. The dev team really need to be more thoughtful about not just the UI also the brand image itself. The people who decided to move on with this are definitely not a real user. The fonts now are just cheap like some third party makes, and everything, yeah I mean everything is just not intuitive enough. Think about how we can easily access to the community and now you’re trying to make people buy more your products and unnecessary links to your website. We read it all through and that’s why we purchase and that’s why we download the app, there’s no need for the exposure of your products. PLEASE. For gods sake. The previous version was way better.
