OTP Auth adds support for two-factor authentication to your iPhone and iPad. It can be used with Dropbox, Facebook, GitHub, Google Mail and many more. Make your accounts safe again!

All data stored by OTP Auth is stored using strong AES-256 encryption. This applies for all data. In particular, for both locally stored data as well as data stored in the iCloud Drive (when iCloud Sync is enabled). The password for those files never leaves your device such that noone but you can read your data.

OTP Auth does not collect information about you or send them anywhere. You won't be asked to allow access to your contacts or your location. And most important: OTP Auth does not connect to the internet and will not send your accounts to someone else! (Unless you enable iCloud sync where an AES-256 encrypted copy of your accounts is stored in your iCloud Drive. The password for that copy will never leave your phone.)

This app is the best.

Hi, I think there is some delay when using universal clipboard from iOS’s notification to MAC, wondering if this issue can be fixed?

Older widget

After recent update, the widget experience get worse, the new widget need to go into the app for copy codes, the older one is better:(

Unfortunately, Apple decided to make the content of the new iOS 14 widgets static with updates in certain intervals. Currently, one can update the content of an iOS 14 widget every 5 minutes at most. That would mean that a code is outdated for 4:30 min before an update occurs. Therefore, I thought it’s better to only show a link into the app 😊.

However, since the old widget better fits certain use cases it's still possible to use the old widget. For that scroll to the very left on your home screen (to the long list of widgets). On that screen scroll to the bottom and tap „Edit“. Scroll to the bottom again and tap „Customize“ and add the old OTP Auth Widget.

In case the old widget does not show up, a restart of your device might be required 😊.
